This Whitianga daycare centre Li’l Nippers, features a separate apartment above.

This detailed project involved flat roofs, mid-floor decks and stack-bond masonry work and Ministry Of Educations strict requirements.

We have built a number of light commercial buildings and strictly comply to all commercial site requirements. This includes meeting specific Fire and Engineer designs, strict health and safety regulations, and dealing with specific relevant government organisations.

We undertook work on the Pauanui and Whitianga wastewater treatment plant’s operation buildings.

These large complex sites required working alongside the managing staff of Downer EDI Works, complying to strict timeframes and Health and Safety requirements.
